Oceanfront 2BR/2Bath Condo in Carolina Beach NC

****Newly renovated in 2022. The Kitchen and both bathrooms were completely updated along with new floors, trim and walls throughout. We are very excited for this upgrade and can’t wait to share it with you.*****. Beautiful 1st floor Oceanfront condo centrally located in Carolina Beach. Enjoy Pleasure Island in this 2 bedroom 2 bath corner unit condo that sleeps 8. Master bedroom with a King bed and it's own full bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk-beds. Sleeper sofa also available in the beautifully decorated living room. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all that you could need during your stay. Flat screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms, free wi-fi. Enjoy the beach or pool both only a few steps outside your front door. Or enjoy cocktails on the balcony out the back door. Linens are NOT included but if you would like to have linens provided please let me know and we can give you the contact info for a local provider. They will have them in the condo before check in and they will pick them up after you check out.

Love this place

The place had enough space me my fiancée and my 5 kids. Very clean. Only bad thing, you cannot see the ocean from the balcony. Everything else is a plus.

Nice stay on the beach

Overall everything was very nice. I wish there would have been more towels/dish towels, but overall a good experience. Oh and there’s no full length mirror. Sounds silly but girls like to catch a Quick Look before they walk out for the day.

Great Location, Excellent Host

We stayed 4 nights, checking in on July 4th for the holiday weekend. Property was well kept and clean and the perfect location for beach access and evening activities. Our host Mark was very responsive and provided outstanding recommendations for restaurants and local activities. Would absolutely stay again!

Great Stay

The property was great. Great Location. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. Hallway bathroom sink drained really slow. Overall great place to stay with fast great communication with property manager.

Vaca with dad

Outside of not seeing the ocean from first floor, it's very nice. Two babies under 2, myself, hubby and father. Plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen and easy access to beach. Will return but maybe 2nd or 3rd floor for ocean view. Property owners were quick to respond to any questions.

A Quick Retreat

We stayed @ "A Place @ The Beach" for a small beach getaway with my husband, son and myself. It was easy to check into and pretty close to everything! We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone!!!

Amazing stay!

Perfect accommodation for our beach weekend. The location can’t be beat, oceanfront, walkable to restaurants, stores, and activities. The unit is beautifully updated, clean, the kitchen and bathrooms are newly finished and fully equipped. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The owner, Mark is easy to communicate with, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

This condo is steps away from the sand and sea. Newly updated features have you thinking you are in a model home. Location is great and near all the family fun! Cleanliness was a priority to them and they made it seem effortless! Recommend to anyone with a family that needs a week away from the real world.

We took our youngest three grandchildren. Had a marvelous time. We landed up removing TV from 2nd

Bedroom for fear it could get broken sitting on small end table. Definitely will book again. Kids enjoyed pool.

Small but sweet!

This was a great property! The space was a little cozy but was newly renovated and very clean. Nicely decorated with all the amenities you could want. The bed was comfortable. This unit is in an older building, but the property is very well kept up. Clean pool and pool area, and nice outdoor shower for getting the sand off. The beach access is right next to the building. We had very good communication with the owners. They were very quick to answer any questions that came up. Thanks Mark and Traci. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location was great! Loved the beach and the property has been redone inside!

Wanted to add only two very small possible issues. The TV’s are not smart so no streaming Netflix. But they did have cable! Second the bedroom that faces the walkway has a bright light shinning into the room all night. A black out blind would really help! Otherwise I loved this place and would definitely stay again! The hosts were totally help with suggestions for restaurants and places to visit!!

Great condo!

Condo was very clean. Check-in process was a breeze. Mark made sure to let me know if we needed anything to contact him. Comes stocked with almost everything you need. Just bring your trash bags, towels & sheets. A minute walk to the beach. Only issue I had was the condo above me let their children run wild. They stomped around most of the day. We heard it all & the adults set on the balcony yelling at them & yelling on the phone. No fault of the owner. Other than that everything was perfect. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Great family spot

This was an amazing vacation. I had children, and they were very comfortable in the separate room with bunks. It was incredible to be just steps from the beach and there is a very nice pool that we enjoyed as well. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Carolina Beach, yet close by. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
