Tolle wohnung in ruhiger,zentraler Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser hochwertig eingerichteten Wohnung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder !!!!

schöne Wohnung ...aber

Das Appartment zu finden war schon nicht ganz einfach. In der angegebenen Hausnummer passte der Schlüssel in Wohnung 06 nicht,Wohnung 11 gab es nicht. Mit anderen Worten es gab keine ordentliche Beschreibung. In der Wohnung selbst war die Couch nicht so wie auf dem Bild dargestellt(kein Lederimitat bzw.Leder). Des weiteren fehlte die Mini Stereoanlage aus der Beschreibung. Ein weiterer nicht so schöner Punkt war das freie WLAN. Es wurde schon am Samstag Abend abgeschaltet obwohl wir bis Sonntag gebucht hatten (da hat sich wohl jemand im Datum vertan). Auch startete der Router mehrmals täglich neu was auch immer WLAN Ausfall zur folge hatte. Zum Schluß noch eine unfeine Sache die ich erwähnenswert finde. In der Beschreibung der FeWo steht nirgends etwas über die Verfügbarkeit von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Wenn man jetzt davon ausgeht das diese mit im Mietpreis inbegriffen sind erlebt man eine böse Überraschung. Vor Ort erfährt man das beides zu einem stolzen Preis ausgeliehen werden kann. In diese Kategorie fällt auch die fällige Endreinigung ! Zumal laut Mietvertrag Punkt 11 die Wohnung vom Mieter schon in einem Topzustand hinterlassen werden muß. Trotzdem hat es uns in Kühlungsborn sehr gut gefallen! Stephan Meyer

Ruhige Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Zum wunderschönen Strand und charmanten Zentrum von Kühlungsborn West sind es nur 200 Meter. Perfekt für 4 Personen.
