Completely redesigned starting Easter 2024! Modern 2-room holiday apartment in the yellow house, approx. 41 m², 2nd floor. No smoking! Living room with south-facing balcony, dining area, sleeper sofa, and 1 armchair; cable TV; open kitchen with oven and dishwasher; hallway; bathroom with shower and toilet; bedroom with box-spring bed (180x200), sofa bed (140x200), and access to the balcony. Internet connection (subject to availability). Laundry room and bike storage in the adjacent building “Mauritius.” A parking space can be booked for an additional fee. Bedding and towels are provided upon arrival! Pets are not allowed.
