Welcome to our newly built holiday home “Perle an der Ostsee” (Pearl of the Baltic Sea), featuring two holiday apartments for 10 people, located just a short drive from the Baltic Sea—about 4 minutes by car:

1.) Seeprise Holiday Apartment for 5 people on the ground floor (accessible)
Our “Seeprise” holiday apartment is located on the ground floor, is accessible, and features a living room with an open kitchen (fully equipped), dining area, flat-screen TV, 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom with a double bed; second bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, an open kitchen, and a living area with a dining nook. Sauna and fireplace available. Private garden area with a terrace and seating. The terrace is also wheelchair accessible. The rooms can be darkened using exterior blinds.

2.) “Wellenreiter” holiday apartment for 5 people on the 1st floor with balcony + terrace + ocean view
Our modern holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of a holiday home. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the nearby Baltic Sea. The apartment is divided into a living room with an open kitchen (fully equipped), a dining area, a flat-screen TV, 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom with a double bed and TV; 2nd bedroom with a double bed), a bathroom, and an open kitchen and living area with a dining nook. There is an additional terrace on the ground floor with a garden attached to the apartment.
Your own little wellness oasis is located in the bathroom: relax in the sauna or the hot tub. Afterwards, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace in the living area. A wood-burning stove adds to the cosy atmosphere. The rooms can be darkened using exterior blinds.

A common area with a washing machine and drying racks is available.
