Sehr gute Lage (Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus) mit wunderschönem Garten und phantastischem Blick auf Minusio/Locarno und den See. Hübsche Schlafzimmer. Gut ausgestattete Küche und gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohn-/Esszimmer. Innenausstattung und Mobiliar etwas angejahrt. Schlüsselcode aufgrund der Querstellung des Schlüsselkästchens im Briefkasten nur mit Mühe lesbar.
