Inside, the villa is spread over three levels. The central lounge combines a cosy living and dining area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Prepare meals to enjoy either indoors or by the pool. Two double bedrooms with shared bathrooms are located on the ground floor, while the upper floor offers a third bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a small roof terrace with picturesque views. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and comfortable single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m).

The picturesque town of Artà is 2 km away and is ideal for daily shopping and a visit to the market every Tuesday. Cala Ratjada is only 13 km away and offers several great restaurants. The unique natural sandy beach "Cala Torta" can also be reached quickly by car.
