Inside, large windows bathe the villa in natural light, and the open-plan living areas and fully-equipped kitchen offer a bright, welcoming atmosphere. There are five double bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a ground floor bedroom which is particularly spacious, with a king-size bathroom and extra wide doors. This villa is the perfect holiday home for everyone.



The spacious finca "Sa Palmaria" is located just 2 km from the beautiful beaches of the bay of Alcúdia, at about the same altitude as "Son Baulo". Can Picafort can be reached in a few minutes by car to do your daily shopping quickly.
