This stone-built finca "Es Lledoner dos" is surrounded by a spacious plot with palm, pine and olive trees and other Mediterranean plants.
There is a private terrace right next to the house, which is perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing on the sofa outside, while the nearby barbecue area is ideal for evening barbecues. In the communal area you will find natural shade as well as swings, a Balinese bed and a picnic table. The stunning pool area includes a pool that is easily accessible via a wide staircase, with sun loungers and day beds on the surrounding terrace. The rustic pool house with seating and outdoor kitchen provides a perfect place for memorable moments. The owners live on the property with their cat and two dogs, but the pool is for guest use only.
Inside, the open-plan living and dining area has bright walls, exposed beams and cosy wooden furniture. A decorative archway leads to the three comfortably furnished bedrooms, two doubles and one single. With three bathrooms, two of which are en suite, the finca offers complete privacy. Booking "Es Lledoner Tres" (EMI327) next door is perfect for two families travelling together.
Around 13 km from Mallorca's east coast, the finca is in a secluded location and is surrounded by beautiful trees. Thanks to its location close to the road, various destinations are easily accessible. The pretty harbour promenade of Portocolom, where you will find lovely bars, restaurants and supermarkets, is 20 minutes away by car. Restaurants and shops can also be found in nearby Felanitx (4 km). For larger shopping trips, Manacor (17 km) is a good choice. You can also reach some beaches in 20 to 30 minutes.
