The condo is located right on the boardwalk and ocean, with many events/concerts happening there. Primarily during prime season. It may get loud at times before and during the events, with some parts of the boardwalk and beach may be temporarily closed. Please do you research for events happening during your stay. You may get a free concert or event front raw views from the balcony.
