Relax on the various terraces, which are equipped with comfortable sun loungers, or enjoy the breathtaking views from the roof terrace. The outdoor kitchen and barbecue area are perfect for shared meals. The inviting atmosphere is enhanced by a selection of Mediterranean plants. You can park in the garden.
Inside, the villa exudes traditional Mallorcan charm with dark wood, natural colours and rustic furniture. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy living and dining area, two uniquely designed bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the upper floor there are four further bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a large bathtub.
Villa Los Abilios is located in a typical residential street on the outskirts of Palma in the west of Mallorca. The city centre is only about 5.5 km away and can be easily reached by bus. The beach Platja de Can Pere Antoni is approx. 10.5 km away. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance.
