An additional guest bathroom with walk-in shower is also available—comfortable and accessible, ideal for families or friends.
The bright living area with fireplace forms the heart of the house. The open, modern kitchen seamlessly connects to the inviting dining area and offers wonderful views of the surrounding nature—perfect for relaxing moments in any season. Outside, a large garden invites you to unwind, sunbathe, and linger. A double garage provides ample space for vehicles, bicycles, or golf equipment.
The area offers a variety of activities all year round: Two renowned golf courses (Königsfeld and Öschberghof) are nearby. Excellent hiking and cycling routes start right from the house. In winter, smaller ski resorts can be reached in about 30 minutes, and Feldberg in about 1 hour. The Solemar thermal spa in Bad Dürrheim is ideal for swimming and relaxation and is close by. The holiday home is located at the border of three countries. Freiburg, Stuttgart, and Zurich are each about 1 hour away by car. Lake Constance can be reached in less than 1 hour.
