Sehr schöne kleine, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Top Lage mit tollem Ausblick auf die Ostsee. Nachts manchmal etwas laut, natürlich der zentralen Lage an der Promenade geschuldet. Trotz diesem kleinen Kritikpunkt eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne nochmal wieder!

Wir waren sehr begeistert von allem. Was uns wirklich gefehlt hat , war die Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen. Es sind nur Fächer im Schrank. Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit, die unserem Urlaub in der herrlichen Wohnung keinen Abbruch getan hat. Auch eine schöne Auswahl an Spielen war du und viele Bücher zum gemütlich machen, wenn mal Zeit zum faulenzen ist. Wir waren begeistert und kommen bestimmt mal wieder ????????????

Wir waren im März 2026 in dieser Super -schönen - liebevoll eingerichtete - sauberen Wohnung,mit dem besten Blick aufs Meer und auf die Seebrücke!! Sehr zentral gelegen, fußläufig ins Zentrum (Bäcker nebenan)und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe(ALDI,PENNY,REWE,ROSSMANN..),evtl mit Fahrrad ca 2km... Man hört zwischendurch mal den Verkehr der Strandallee(30kmZone),aber das macht das Meeresrauschen und Möwengeschrei wieder gut.Nachts sehr ruhig!Toller Hängestuhl auf dem Balkon,von dort kann man den Sonnenaufgang herrlich beobachten. Die Wohnung scheint recht neu zu sein,klein und fein. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wasserkocher,Heissluftfriteuse,Fön...Gefrierfach... Vom Bett aus kann man sowohl das Meer sehen als auch auch TV gucken. Fahrräder können rechts neben dem Fahrstuhl im Raum abgestellt werden(sehr voll,mit teilweise alten defekten Rädern... ) Wir waren rundum zufrieden, auch mit der Betreuung KRAUSHAAR(Danke dafür) Rundum eine top Wohnung in super Lage. Empfehlenswert!
