Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room as intersecting room, 20 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed and 1 baby bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room as intersecting room, 3 sqm and with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Punta de Su Turrione. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house and a car park in the town (distance 5 m).

Air conditioning. Cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), safe, iron, ironing board and washing machine. Television reception via satellite. The accommodation is accessible and equipped with grab rails (toilet, shower, bathtub).
