Built in 2022, this 74 m² holiday rental is located on the ground floor and, with a total of three rooms, is ideal for families or small travel groups of up to four people.

The open-concept kitchen is directly connected to the living room and has everything you could want: A modern induction stove, oven, separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and numerous other appliances—such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, egg cooker, and electric kettle—make self-catering a breeze. The adjacent storage room offers plenty of space for your groceries.

The inviting dining area, with its large, round dining table, is perfect for shared meals or for socialising and game nights with family or friends. Books and games are available for your use.
The open kitchen flows into the bright living area, featuring a comfortable corner sofa, a cosy armchair, two coffee tables, and a smart TV. This ensures you’ll always find a pleasant place to retreat or space for relaxation and socialising.
Two cosy bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable 1.80 m wide double box-spring bed, a closet or chest of drawers with a clothes rod, and a smart TV, offer you all the comfort you need for restful nights during your holiday.

The bathroom, which features a sliding glass door, is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink with mirror, and hair dryer. A private washing machine in the bathroom, along with an iron, ironing board, and clothes rack, provide additional conveniences for longer stays.
In the hallway, you’ll find a spacious coat rack and a full-length mirror. A safe is also available for your use.
Gas central heating and underfloor heating throughout the entire holiday rental ensure a comfortable living environment.
Smoke detectors in the rooms, fly screens, and pleated blinds on all windows, as well as blackout curtains in the bedrooms, ensure your safety and comfort. High-speed internet access is, of course, available throughout the entire holiday rental.

Children are welcome, and pets are also welcome upon request.
The living and dining room opens directly onto the large, covered terrace. Enjoy the terrace on two comfortable lounge chairs with a parasol and at a table with four comfortable chairs. A charcoal grill is, of course, provided. From the adjacent garden, you’ll have a magnificent view of the rural surroundings. A beautifully grown hedge still provides you with ample privacy.
You’ll find a parking space and a private bike shed with charging capabilities for e-bikes right in front of the house. Guest parking spaces are also available on the property.

The unique location of the holiday rental in Zingst/Müggenburg, just outside of Zingst, is so special because it borders directly on the national park with its Osterwald forest, the bird meadows, and the Barther Bodden. The gorgeous, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is also not far away—you can’t get any closer to nature than this…
Nature lovers, birdwatchers, those seeking peace and quiet, as well as active holidaymakers will all find what they’re looking for here. You’re guaranteed to leave the stress of everyday life behind in no time. Simply find your own spot and watch cranes and barnacle geese, deer, horses in the paddocks, and much more. There are great opportunities to explore the area on foot or by bike.
Other leisure activities include all kinds of water sports, boat tours, fishing, horseback riding, carriage rides, bird-watching hikes, jogging, and wellness programmes. Mini-golf, beach volleyball, yoga, gymnastics, and fitness training are also available nearby. Young families with children will find various playgrounds in town, and attractive destinations such as the Rostock Zoo or the Ozeaneum in Stralsund are also not far away.
