The "Residenz am Strand" Apartment 4/64 is located directly behind the dike on the Baltic Sea beach in Zingst.

Our holiday rental spans two floors.
On the ground floor, there is a living area with a west-facing balcony, an open-concept kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms.

On the upper floor, there is another living area with a bedroom.

The holiday rental is equipped with all modern appliances, including two LCD TVs in the separate living areas, a stereo system, a telephone, and a kitchenette (dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator).

For your comfort, the complex offers a sauna and whirlpool (by appointment) as well as a laundry facility—each available for a fee.

With our wide range of options, we can fulfil every wish—from solo travellers to family holidays, there’s something for everyone. Do you want to explore the area, head straight to the beach, or would you prefer an apartment with a lake view? Here you’ll find the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday.

We’ll take care of your bicycles just as we do your car, and for your comfort, the complex offers a sauna, hot tub, and laundry facility (for a fee). Internet access is, of course, free, and thanks to one of the last real local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available.
