Villa 'Occimara' Corsica with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Lucciana, Corsica, Villa Occimara offers 110 m² of comfortable space for up to 10 guests. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms across the ground and upper floors, plus 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped private kitchen includes a full set of crockery, utensils, a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher. Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine and high chair are also provided.



Outside, two private gardens await: a charming Mediterranean garden full of fragrances at the front, and a secluded courtyard with a private uncovered terrace and barbecue at the back, ideal for evenings outdoors. An outdoor shower is handy after visiting the beach, just 300 metres away.



A shared parking space is available on the property, along with a shared electric vehicle charging station. One pet is welcome, but parties are not allowed. The house has 2 bathrooms as well as an outdoor shower and toilet for added comfort.



Beach toys, sun loungers, a pétanque court and bicycles are available. A small grocery shop is within walking distance, and the shopping centre is 10 km away. Bed linen is provided, but beds will not be made. Towels are available for an extra fee. The owner will send you the access code a few days before arrival, once the security deposit has been received.
