Country house in the heart of the Touraine vineyards, featuring:



On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (15.7 m²), a bathroom (12.7 m²) with double sink, shower, and bathtub, a 31 m² living room with TV, and separate WC.



Upstairs: 3 bedrooms—one with a 140 cm bed and an extra 90 cm bed (13.3 m²), another with 2 single beds that can be joined as a 160 cm double (11 m²), and a third with a 140 cm bed, desk area (25 m²), and WC.



Enclosed, quiet, shaded grounds (800 m²).



Located 15 minutes from Cheverny, 25 minutes from Beauval Zoo, 35 minutes from Chambord, and 30 minutes from Blois. Pool, supermarkets, and cinema are 5 km away.



Optional cleaning service. Bed linen rental is available for an extra fee. Pets are welcome (max 2) for an extra fee per stay.
