"Maisonnette Terra Tramandera", 3-room house 35 m2. Simple furnishings: lounge with dining table. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 french beds (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Parking. Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The living room, the two bedrooms and the shower room with toilet are separate. Each room opens directly onto the terrace. To go from one room to another, you need to pass outside. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
