Cozy detached simple bungalow within walking distance of Lake Veere (beach) and marina. Kortgene has a charming center with various terraces and restaurants.
Lovely quiet location in the “Deltona” holiday park with all amenities within easy reach. Features include 3 bedrooms, living room with French doors to the terrace. The house is located on a quiet field near a beautiful cycling route.

Layout: Ground floor;
Porch/entrance hall, dining room and living room with gas fireplace and French doors to the terrace, simple kitchen with appliances: electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
1 bedroom with a single bed, simple bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. 

First floor: walk-through bedroom with two single beds and closet space, bedroom with two single beds and closet space.

General:
This house is suitable for five people.
Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, and drinking parties is prohibited.
This house is not rented to groups of young people under the age of 23.
Pets are allowed (max. 2) at an additional cost. 
A deposit is required.
Please note: sheet and towel packages are not included. You can rent these for an additional fee.
This property can only be booked for tourist purposes.

Viel zu teuer

Das Ferienhaus liegt ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der „Innenstadt“ und dem Meer entfernt. Es ist von einem schönen Garten umgeben, der mit Liegestühlen ausgestattet ist und zu jeder Tageszeit sowohl Schatten als auch Sonne bietet. Die zwei vorhandenen Fahrräder hatten bei unserer Ankunft leider platte Reifen, sodass sie nicht zu gebrauchen waren. Für eine Ferienwohnung ist es überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man gebrauchen könnte. Leider ist diese aber extrem klein, sodass immer nur eine Person dort zugange sein kann und das gemeinschaftliche Kochen damit unmöglich ist. Es gibt keinerlei Stauraum für Vorräte, da alle vorhandenen Schränke bis zum Anschlag mit Küchenutensilien vollgestellt sind. An der Ausstattung zu bemängeln ist, dass weder Handtücher noch Bettwäsche vorhanden sind und alles selbst gestellt werden muss. Das Haus verfügt außerdem nicht über WLAN. Neben der Küche ist das Badezimmer ebenfalls sehr klein, das mit einem Waschbecken, Dusche und WC versehen ist. Es gibt keine Haken für Handtücher und keinen Platz für Shampoo, Duschgel und Co. Man fühlt sich aufgrund der Größe und der nicht vorhandenen Fenster sehr schnell eingeengt. Die Information über das Vorhandensein von zwei Badezimmern ist FALSCH. Es gibt lediglich dieses eine und auch keine weitere Toilette. Das Haus bietet neben dem Wohnzimmer drei Schlafzimmer. In keinem von diesen gibt es ein Doppelbett, jedes ist mit je zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet, welche sehr laut knarren. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist zudem ein Durchgangszimmer zu einem anderen, was es schwierig macht, zu verschiedenen Zeiten schlafen zu gehen/ aufzustehen und alle bei nächtlichen Toilettengängen o.Ä. geweckt werden. Die Fenster oben sind außerdem so schlecht, dass man laute Nachbarn wortgenau versteht und jedes vorbeifahrende Auto auf der großen Straße registriert. Für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf ist dieses Haus damit nicht zu empfehlen. Bei unserer Ankunft konnten wir lange niemanden erreichen, weshalb wir im Auto vor dem Haus warten mussten, bis wir hineinkonnten. Die Reinigung danach ist sehr teuer, jedoch äußerst gründlich, sodass die nächsten Mieter ein sauberes Haus vorfinden. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass ich das Haus nicht wieder buchen und es auch nicht weiterempfehlen würde. Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt für das, was letztendlich geboten wird. Wir hätten mehr erwartet.
