Wonderful family home just a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Cala Pi beach, with all amenities nearby (restaurants, pizzeria, supermarket, etc.), private parking in the courtyard, beautiful sea views from the upper terrace and, from the beach, you can go on various excursions such as Cala Beltrán and the Cabo Blanco lighthouse. Just a 20-minute drive away are some of Mallorca's idyllic beaches, such as Sa Rápita and Es Trenc. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday and to make you feel at home.
The house is built on two levels: ground floor and first floor, connected by a wide and comfortable staircase.
On the ground floor, you will find the parking area, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a toilet and washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a window overlooking the patio. This bedroom has its own full bathroom with a shower. There is a spacious living room with large windows that ventilate, cool and fill the rooms with air and light. Outside, on the ground floor, you will find a pleasant porch, as well as a patio with a swimming pool where you can lie down and enjoy the sun and tranquillity.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with a double bed), and in the common area between the bedrooms there is a full bathroom. The bedroom with the double bed opens onto a large terrace with stairs leading up to a solarium overlooking the sea, the coast and the island of Cabrera. It is an ideal place to relax and chat with friends, family, etc. All rooms are exterior, with large windows. The house is very bright and inviting. It has Wi-Fi and cable TV with countless international channels, and each of the rooms is ready to welcome you and help you relax.

On the day of arrival, guests must fill in the relevant details for each guest for registration purposes. A link will be provided for this purpose.
