Well..... I will start with the Pro's and Con's since it is very relavent to how I rated this property.Pro's - Very attentive Managers. They addressed our issues quickly and were great to deal with. All of the appliances were brand new and this is a newly renovated unit.Con's - Description of property. It notes 'Beachfront', it is not. This was not a deal breaker, but was disappointing. A/C units both leaked badly the first time we used them. To the Management's credit, they had someone out the next day. Unfortunately, he only fixed one unit. Management did tell me that we shouldn't of had the A/C below 22 Celsius, but I sent them video showing the unit still leaking at the 22 degree mark. Still not a deal breaker. What caused the low rating was the inability to get any sleep while we were there. Between the rehabing of other units in the building that included Jackhammering and scrapping of floors and replacement of windows.... all which started at 7:20 a.m. and finished between 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. nightly, combined with Motorcycle traffic (75 parked in front of building and another 25 parked on a side street within our complex that sounded like they were in the front room. This went on from 6:00 a.m. to past 2:30 a.m. EVERY night. If it was just the location and A/C issues, we would have stayed the whole week that we paid for. But getting 3.5 to 4 hours of sleep for 4 nights was the deal-breaker. We left after 4 nights. Hope this helps the next tenant.Lynn & David
