About this property

Cozy studio on the outskirts of the city. Pet friendly!

The studio is located on the ground floor of a small Art Nouveau building dating from 1907. It is comfortably furnished with windows facing south and east. A small kitchen completes the layout. The area has an almost village-like atmosphere on the outskirts of Berlin. It’s a 10-minute bike ride to the Baggersee and a 35-minute S-Bahn ride to Alexanderplatz. Pets are welcome.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ca. 25 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum Berlin entfernt, in der Nähe gibt’s alles, was man so braucht, schön sind die Kaulsdorfer Seen, die man in 5 Autominuten erreicht…und die Wohnung selbst befindet sich in einem alten Jugendstilhaus, sie ist klein, aber sehr fein…sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und in dem recht bequemen Bett sehr gut geschlafen…wir können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.
