Pure relaxation in this cosy holiday apartment. Welcome to your temporary home
! This charming 2-room apartment (approx. 35 square metres) for 1–2 people
is located on the mezzanine level and features a lovely east-facing balcony,
perfect for relaxing mornings at sunrise. The living room is
comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, an LCD TV, a DVD player
and a dining area, perfect for social evenings. The open-concept kitchen features
an electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator—everything you
need to prepare delicious meals. In the bedroom, you’ll find
a cosy double bed (160x200 cm, separate mattresses) that invites you to enjoy restful
nights. The modern bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the comfort of this apartment
. Parking space No. 153 on the parking deck provides additional convenience. Please
note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited in the apartment
. A bicycle storage room and a
