Located in Saint-Georges-des-Agoûts, this charming 180 m² holiday home welcomes up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, private washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, and a private barbecue for your comfort. Families benefit from a baby cot and high chair to ensure children’s well-being.



Relax in your private garden with countryside views, set within a beautiful 10,000 m² landscaped estate featuring an orchard and vegetable garden. The shared outdoor pool is open from late April to early October, perfect for sunny days.



On-site parking is available with 4 shared spaces, and a shared charging station is provided for electric vehicles. A shared bike storage area and 2 electric bikes are available for you to explore the surroundings. Events are not permitted on the property.



This peaceful retreat lies in the heart of the Cognac vineyards, just a few kilometers from the Gironde estuary. A coworking space is provided, blending work and relaxation. Organic fruits and vegetables are available in the village, and bed linen as well as towels are included. Two animals live on the property but will not disturb your stay. Pool use is unsupervised and at your own risk. Proof of insurance may be requested after booking. A cleaning fee is mandatory and available for an extra charge.
