The Oleandri and Rose farmhouses, located at the edge of Villa Schella’s fenced botanical park, offer guests exclusive use of a private pool and can be rented together as a single property.
The two houses, about 100 meters apart, comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. There are 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, plus two fully equipped kitchens. One double bedroom is on the ground floor, while the others are upstairs. You’ll find Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, fan, and a dedicated workspace. Families with children will appreciate the crib, high chair, and access to a shared play area. Breakfast service is available on request for an additional fee.
