House for 6-8 persons: approx. 125 m2, on the first floor. It consists of an open-space area, where the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and the living room with a pull-out couch (160 x 190 cm), air conditioning and access to the balcony are combined. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning and TV. One of the bedrooms has access to the balcony. A third bedroom is equipped with two single beds, air conditioning and TV. There is also a bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate WC. The ground floor of the house is neither rented out nor inhabited.
Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
