Charming house with jacuzzi in the heart of the Périgord Noir



Treat yourselves to a relaxing break in this elegant 79 m² holiday home, set in a converted barn full of character in the village of Azerat. Perfect for up to 4 guests, it offers modern comfort and a warm atmosphere for a restful stay.



You’ll enjoy a bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, plus complimentary toiletries for your comfort. The living room features a sofa bed that can accommodate 1–2 additional guests.



A fully equipped private kitchen (with coffee machine) and air-conditioned living area ensure a pleasant stay in any season. TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and a fan are also provided.



A true wellness area awaits with a private jacuzzi, shower, and washbasin—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. A welcome gift awaits you on arrival.



Outside, a comfortable private terrace with barbecue sits just opposite the house, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation.



Ideal location for exploring the region:

• 10 minutes from the Lascaux caves

• 5 minutes from the A89 motorway exit

• About 40 minutes from Sarlat



On-street parking and self check-in offer added flexibility. A check-out inspection will be carried out on departure.

L’ambiance est douce et cocooning, idéale pour se détendre et se sentir comme chez soi. Après de belles journées à découvrir les superbes paysages de la Dordogne, le jacuzzi est un véritable moment de plaisir et de relaxation. Un vrai petit coin de paradis que nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Merci Nathalie
