Charming, fully renovated studio (2021) available for rent in Erquy, a lovely Breton seaside resort.
The studio is attached to the owners’ house and has its own private entrance via stairs. Inside, you’ll find a semi-equipped kitchen, a living area, a bathroom, and a sleeping space. Enjoy a small outdoor area with a table—perfect for relaxing on sunny days.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, the studio is about 2 km from the town center and 1 km from Caroual beach. A secure, covered parking space is provided.
