This unique holiday home is ideal for travellers who appreciate an exceptional location and stunning ocean views. Inside, light-colored walls and personalised furnishings create a warm atmosphere. The centrepiece is the open-concept living and dining area with a sofa nook, a stove, and a TV. Wi-Fi allows you to stream your own content. Large windows in the dining area offer a magnificent ocean view and create a special ambiance for shared meals. The open kitchen is well-equipped. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The outdoor hot tub is available for a fee and must be reserved at least 6 weeks before arrival. After your stay, electricity costs are paid in cash on site: 0.40 EUR/kWh. Water and heating costs are included in the rental price. Dogs are not allowed. Please bring your own bed linens and towels unless they have been booked as an add-on. Minimum age of the primary guest: 25 years. Maximum occupancy: 6 people in summer, 4 people during the winter months.

A floating lounger provides additional relaxation. The outdoor kitchen is convenient, allowing you to prepare fresh fish or other meals right outside. An outdoor shower lets you rinse off the sand after a trip to the beach before heading back inside. Another highlight is the outdoor hot tub, which can be booked for an additional fee.

The location of this lovingly designed thatched-roof house is particularly charming; it stands almost entirely on its own and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea. It blends beautifully into the peaceful and nature-rich holiday region of Binderup and Binderup Strand. It is located on the Baltic Sea coast in southern Denmark on the Jutland Peninsula, just about 10 km from Kolding. The surrounding area is characterised by sheltered, shallow swimming waters, green forests, and a gently rolling landscape. Binderup Strand, with its shallow waters and swimming pier, is considered particularly child-friendly. Forests and coastal trails invite you to go on excursions, as does the Skamlingsbanken hill, which offers sweeping views across the Little Belt towards Funen. Kolding is just a short trip away for shopping, dining, and a stroll through the town.
