Versterhav - a beautiful thatched semi-detached house with an exclusive outdoor sauna

This exclusive thatched-roof house, “Vesterhav,” features approximately 93 m² of living space spread over 3 levels (ground floor, ground floor, attic) and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.

The holiday home is situated in a quiet location in the Böhl district of St. Peter-Ording and features, among other things, a beautiful south-facing garden with an exclusive outdoor sauna and a wood-burning stove. Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in a cosy atmosphere under a thatched roof. Dogs are welcome.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an open, bright living and dining area with an integrated kitchen and a comfortable bench—ideal for social evenings with the whole family. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and Nespresso machine, etc.). A microwave is located in the storage room under the stairs. The living area is stylishly furnished with a corner sofa (seats 2–3 people), an armchair, a wood-burning stove, and a large TV (satellite). The ground floor also features a hallway (including a coat rack and a natural wood bench) and a guest bathroom.
The stairs lead to the upper floor. Here you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (box spring, 180x200 cm), a built-in closet, and an armchair, as well as another bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm each)—including a pull-out option for a third bed between the single beds—and a built-in closet with a storage system. You’ll also find a comfortable bathroom on this floor (shower room with double sinks, rain shower, toilet, towel warmer, natural light, and hair dryer). The optional washing machine and dryer round out this level.

The attic features another cosy double bedroom (double bed (160x200 cm)), which offers an additional retreat.

The holiday home includes a private parking space on the property, and there is a bike rack in the garden. A cot and high chair are also provided free of charge. Free Wi-Fi via fiber-optic connection with speeds up to 150 MB is also provided. You also have the option to book the wallbox for charging your electric car.
