On the ground floor of the house, there is an entrance area with a shared area. From here, stairs lead to the apartments. WiFi Internet is available free of charge. One parking space per apartment is provided. At a distance of approx. 50 to 100 m, there is a shared outdoor area with barbecue, summer kitchen (sink, refrigerator), table and chairs, sun loungers and table tennis, available to guests of several properties of the same owner.
