96m² vacation home for 10 people with wifi, dog and sauna

A very spacious 96-square-meter holiday home designed in the Scandinavian style, located near the Baltic Sea beaches of Großenbrode. A particularly well-designed floor plan provides plenty of space, making the home ideal for families, couples, or friends travelling together. Ideal for a stay for up to 10 people and 2 dogs.

The two areas, with a total of 4 bedrooms, are physically separated from one another and located on opposite sides of the house. Each sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Above one of the sleeping areas, there are two extra sleeping spots on the “Hems,” a type of loft. Children love to play here. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom. The large bathroom is equipped with a sauna and shower, and the smaller bathroom has a shower. A cot and a high chair are available in the house.

The interconnected living, dining, and kitchen areas form a cosy and central gathering spot for everyone. In the living area, a cosy sofa nook invites you to relax; a crackling wood-burning stove provides warmth, while satellite TV, a DVD player or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with radio offer entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker. In the adjacent dining area, you can enjoy shared meals and culinary highlights at the large dining table.

From the living area, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a large garden table and chairs, where you can perfectly enjoy the long summer evenings. Two sun loungers are also available for your use.

The two bathrooms feature underfloor heating. From the larger bathroom, you have access to a private sauna. A washing machine with a dryer function is included.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two holiday villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can enjoy playing football, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

Each holiday home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest car park at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 metres away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For holidaymakers travelling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly holiday homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing holiday with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
