Located in Benalmádena, this 70 m² duplex penthouse accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will have a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning in each bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, private TV, and washing machine. Step-free access, elevator to the 5th floor, heating, coffee maker, and a baby cot available on request are also provided.
Enjoy your private terraces, both covered and open, with sea and mountain views, and make the most of the barbecue for outdoor meals. The shared garden offers extra space to relax.
A communal garage space is included, and the property is close to public transport and the beach. One pet is allowed, but events are not permitted. Beach towels are included for your convenience. A tennis court is just a 15-minute walk away.
Late check-in after 00:00 is available for an extra fee.
