The Prinzenhof is a very well-maintained apartment complex in a prime, central location, just about 90 metres from the beach. This bright, newly furnished and renovated two-room apartment on the second floor is ideal for a beach holiday. The sunny living room is furnished with a large sofa, a dining area for 4 people, and a fold-out bed (2 x 90 x 200). The fold-out bed is raised, making it easy to get in and out of. Wardrobes are also available in the living room. A large flat-screen TV with a 125 cm diagonal screen, Wi-Fi, and a radio/CD player round out the amenities. The living room window can be blacked out. The kitchen includes all essential appliances, such as a dishwasher, an oven with a microwave, etc. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (2 x 90 x 200) and two wardrobes. The entire apartment has vinyl laminate flooring. From the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy a partial view of the Baltic Sea.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for general use.

A parking space will be available at the building again starting January 1, 2024! It is marked “BEACH 18.”
