Grocery 1.1 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 800 m, bus stop "Jardin Alpin" 750 m, lake Champex-Lac 1 km. Chair lift 1.2 km, ski rental 1.2 km.
"Veni, Vidi, Mansi", 5-room chalet 126 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Object suitable for 6 adults + 2 children. Spacious, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair), 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, hand-basin and shower.
