Located in Crespina Lorenzana, Tuscany, Villa Ott is an 18th-century historic villa offering 750 sqm of elegance for up to 15 guests. The property features 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Original period furnishings combine with modern comforts, ensuring you enjoy both the spacious interiors and the outdoors. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, fan, and a dedicated workspace. A baby cot, step-free access, and proximity to public transport are also available.
Outside, you’ll find a private garden of about 2 hectares with a barbecue for outdoor dining. The private outdoor pool measures 14x7 meters and comes with sun loungers and a large parasol. A spacious garden table is perfect for meals outside, letting you relax in the peaceful hills with total privacy and exclusive use of the garden and pool (open May through September).
On-site parking accommodates up to 10 cars. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted.
The villa enjoys a prime hillside location, about 20 minutes from the sea and 5 km from the highway to Florence. Pisa is 20 km away, Lucca is 30 km away. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra charge. On request, you can book a private chef or local winery tours for tastings of wine and regional products, available for an extra charge.
