Domaine de Marlas is not a hotel: it is a characterful home set on 13 hectares in Rieucros, perfect for those seeking peace, nature, and a change of scenery—not the modernity of a standard hotel.



110 m² cottage for 9 guests: spacious, bright living room, relaxation area with 160 cm sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, three large bedrooms upstairs (140 cm and 160 cm beds), bathroom, shower room, and two toilets.



Outdoors: garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue, access to the estate's pool and games room (billiards, table tennis).



Cool nights: summer nights are usually cool (17 to 20°C). Sleep with the windows open for unmatched comfort—fans available, no air conditioning.



Centuries-old trees, a river at the end of the garden, and a greenway crossing the property. 15 min from Mirepoix, 50 min from Carcassonne, 1 h from Toulouse, 3 h from Barcelona. Pyrenees skiing less than an hour away.
