Die Parkplatzsituation war nicht optimal. Es hat jede Wohnung einen festen Stellplatz für den PKW ,das ist sehr gut aber wenn alle PKW auf ihren Platz stehen hat man Probleme auf seinen Platz zu kommen, sehr eng. Ein sehr großes Problem sind die viel zu wenigen Abstellmöglichkeiten führ die Fahrräder. Der Abstellraum ist viel zu klein für alle Wohnungen und es war ein täglicher Kampf um einen Platz. Eine weitere Sache ist unsere Terrasse, Wohnung 1, Sie ist nicht gerade sauber große Spinnweben und sie müsste mal wieder fei geschnitten werden.
