3-room semi-detached house 44 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchen-/living room 6 m2 (2 hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 30 m2, west facing position, garden 112 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (1 car) at 50 m.
