It also features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.

The apartment also includes a washing machine and a television. The terrace and the double bedroom offer breathtaking views of the sandy beach of Port d'Alcudia.
The complex has two swimming pools, one of which is for toddlers, located in the adjacent building.
