In the hamlet tra i più belli d' Italia, in the centre of Palazzuolo Sul Senio, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: children's playground, planted inner courtyard. In the house: washing machine, heating available only from 15.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Public parking 30 m. E-charging station. Grocery, restaurant, bar, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 300 m. Tennis, minigolf 250 m, riding stable 4 km, sports centre, children's playground 250 m, fishing possibilities 50 m. Nearby attractions: Firenze 70 km, Bologna 80 km, Outlet Barberino del Mugello 49 m, Ravenna 85 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Bilancino 47 m.
