Rustic Villa Vernier is located in the village of Kringa, near Tinjan and Poreč. The villa offers the perfect combination of privacy, comfort, and amenities for a relaxing holiday with family or a larger group. Guests can enjoy three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the first floor have en-suite bathrooms and access to a shared terrace, while the third bedroom on the ground floor has a bathroom conveniently located right next to it. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, and dining area, along with an additional toilet and storage. The living room also includes a sofa bed measuring 160x180 cm, ideal for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a filter coffee machine, while an outdoor charcoal grill is available for preparing meals outside.In the spacious yard, fully enclosed with a stone wall and hedge, guests can enjoy a 32 m² pool with a depth of 110–140 cm, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a children’s playground, along with table football for kids and a dartboard for additional entertainment.Nearby, there is a public sports and recreation area with a small football pitch, padel court, and a fitness trail, perfect for outdoor activities. The nearest restaurant, Konoba Danijeli, is just 900 meters away and is known for traditional local cuisine, while shops, cafés, and markets are easily accessible in the area.
