The south-facing, sheltered balcony provides sun from morning to evening and a beautiful view of the rolling landscape. The balcony is furnished with 4 chairs, a table, and a sunshade.



There is a storage room for bicycles or golf bags at the entrance. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Guests have free access to the 1,500 m² spa and wellness area at the nearby hotel. At the hotel reception, you can order bread or rolls and buy newspapers. Alternatively, use the mini oven in the apartment to bake or grill your own bread or rolls.



A washing machine and dryer are available in the boiler room (annex) for an extra charge.



The Achterwasser with its own bathing area is right outside the door. The long Baltic Sea beach (Kaiserbäder) is a 10-minute drive away. Pets are welcome; additional charges may apply.
