Our comfortable holiday home, with 50 m² of living space, is located right on the idyllic Rankwitz sailing harbour—a place where maritime charm and nature come together in perfect harmony. The sweeping view across the Peenestrom and the peaceful surroundings make your stay truly special. A warm, family-like atmosphere ensures a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday.
The holiday home spans two floors:
On the ground floor, you’ll find an inviting living and dining area, a compact kitchenette, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The top floor features two bedrooms and a spacious balcony with a magnificent view.
Start your day with a leisurely breakfast on the adjoining terrace. Watch the bustling activity in the harbour as sailboats come and go, or enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding nature—with a little luck, you might even spot a bald eagle. End the evening with a glass of wine on the balcony as the sun slowly sets behind the water.
On the upper floor, two cosy bedrooms accommodate up to four people—ideal for couples, friends, or families. High-quality beds ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Note for Dog Owners: Dogs are permitted, provided they do not exceed a shoulder height of 35 cm.
Breakfast Buffet: For a great start to the day, we offer our extensive continental breakfast buffet:

• 1.50 per child per year of age (ages 2–10)

Roof Sauna & Fitness AreaOur Finnish roof sauna with an outdoor shower is located on a 40 m² terrace in the annex, offering a stunning view of the water and the harbour.
In addition, a modern fitness room equipped with high-quality TechnoGym equipment is available for your use.
Use of the sauna and fitness room can be booked on-site for an additional fee.
Village Store & Restaurant Our well-stocked village store offers everything you need for daily life, including fresh baked goods and regional products from the island of Usedom.

The restaurant at the harbour offers culinary delights: Look forward to seasonal dishes, fresh fish, and specialities from our in-house traditional smokehouse, all prepared with love.
