The Alte Wassermühle Süd is the left half of the historic mill dating from 1833 and offers you a private, self-contained living space for up to four guests.
Quietly located near Börm, surrounded by streams and nature, it’s a lovely retreat for couples, families, or small groups.

You’ll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space and comfort even for four people. Additional sleeping arrangements can be provided upon request—handy if you’re travelling with children.

The open-concept living area forms the heart of the apartment. The kitchen, dining area, and sofa corner flow seamlessly into one another, creating a relaxed atmosphere for spending time together. Whether it’s breakfast at the table, a quiet evening on the sofa, or cooking together—there’s a place for everything here. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook your own meals even while on holiday.

The two bathrooms with showers are modern and functional, ensuring you can start your day relaxed even when the apartment is fully occupied. A washing machine, dryer, and many practical details provide additional comfort—especially during longer stays.

You’ll also have plenty of space outdoors. The large, enclosed property features a patio, garden, and various seating areas surrounded by greenery. Here you can spend the day outdoors, have a barbecue, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. A beach chair is provided, and there are play areas for children.

If you’re in the mood for some exercise, you’ll find plenty of options right outside your door: walks, short bike rides, or time by the water. In addition, the house offers recreational facilities such as a game room, pool table, foosball, table tennis, and a small fitness area.

Parking spaces are available right at the house for the duration of your stay. Shopping options are just a few kilometres away—a car is recommended here. The location is intentionally quiet and somewhat secluded—ideal if you’re looking for nature, open spaces, and a relaxed environment.
