Set over two floors, the villa blends historic charm with modern comforts. At the entrance, a 1594 stone with the Malevolti coat of arms tells the villa’s story. The ground floor features a kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and laundry. Upstairs: two living rooms with fireplaces, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and two bathrooms.



Outside, enjoy a garden with private pool. The property is for guests’ exclusive use. On request, extras like a private chef, cooking classes, and tastings are available for an extra fee.



From October to April, heating is charged according to consumption and paid on site.
