Single-family house "Lino", 2 storeys. 20 km from the centre of Split, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 18 km from the sea, 18 km from the beach. Private: property 600 m2, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (14 m2), barbecue. In the house: internet access, fitness room, table tennis, billiard table, table football, washing machine. Parking, single garage. Shop 3 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 200 m, pebble beach 18 km, rocky beach 18 km.
5-room house 250 m2. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer). Shower/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning. Terrace 17 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6).
