Monica is a wonderful host and makes every effort to help and is always available. The apartment is very comfortable and attractive. Our favorite was the ability to sit on the balcony at night with a glass of wine to view the city and churches. Many shops and restaurants are nearby and the beach and train station is a 10 minute walk.

GREAT APARTMENT WITH ALL CONFORT YOU NEED!!

We have had wonderful days in this beautiful house. The view over rooftops is breathtaking.The house lies quiet on the top of the palace! In Chiavari we found very good restaurants and shopping possibilities. Very close to Genova, Cinque Terre, Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino and Camogli. All in all a perfect place to relax!!! Thank you owners for a beautiful holiday!We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic house. We will be happy to come back as soon as possible!

Stunning home away from home

Monica’s lovely QUADRIVIUM apartment in the heart of the historic center of Chiavari is exceptional. We have stayed in many apartments throughout Europe and this one stands out as one of the very best. Monica is a wonderful host, greeting us upon arrival and checking in occasionally throughout our four week stay, always available if we had a question or concern. The two floor layout is very spacious and luxurious. The two bathrooms are state of the art and the kitchen is perfect. The lovely Smeg appliances and thoughtfully appointed cookware and dish supply were appreciated and enjoyed. The two small terraces allowed us to eat many of our meals outside and the beautiful view of the hills and sunset from the many bedroom windows upstairs was breathtaking. The quick 10 minute walk to the beach and the even shorter walk to all of the many markets and food stores and train station was another plus.. We will fondly remember our stay in your home and hope to return soon! Anthony and Sally
