Many thanks for the use of this little house. For the location for the beech, this was an excellent property. However, compared to other properties we have stayed in we would recommend some upgrades. The property, furniture and fittings were all very dated and need replacing. In particular the property would benefit from air con as it is very hot inside all the time. The wardrobe doors don’t slide. The cutlery is blunt. If the sleeping areas was revamped, a double bed would easily be a beneficial upgrade. The outside furniture is very shabby and I was always concerned that I would end up on the floor. On the whole a very cheap holiday in a badly needed renovated property, but not an unpleasant experience. The hosts were very accommodating.

Wir hatten bei Marzia insgesamt eine schöne Zeit und haben Sestri Levante sehr genossen.Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und die Angaben stimmen.Etwas Abzüge müssen wir in der Bewertung leider geben, da es in der Wohnung wirklich schlecht gerochen hat und wir die Ursache nicht so recht finden konnten. Unsere Ansprüche sind wirklich nicht hoch, aber das war teilweise sehr belästigend. Außerdem hat die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert.Abgesehen davon war die Unterkunft und vor allem die Terrasse sehr schön.:)

I am sincerely sorry for the inconveniences you experienced, which I am only learning about now, as I did not receive any communication during your stay. The apartment was handed over clean and disinfected, and at the time of your departure no unpleasant odors were detected. It is possible that this was due to a phenomenon known as maccaia, a typical weather condition in Liguria characterized by overcast skies, high humidity, and the Scirocco wind, which can occasionally cause odors from the pipes. Had I been informed in a timely manner, I could have checked the cause and intervened immediately. As for the washing machine, neither previous nor subsequent guests reported any issues. In this case as well, a message during your stay would have allowed me to inspect it or call a technician. At check-in, I had kindly asked you to contact me via WhatsApp for any needs, precisely in order to ensure the best possible assistance. Reporting any inconveniences during the stay is by no means impolite, but rather a valuable way to help the host provide an adequate level of service.

Few days at the beach

Es war sehr schön, uns hat der Garten sehr gefallen. Auch der weg zum Meer ist fabelhaft, fussweg keine 5 Minuten.

gerne wieder mal

Die Wohnung beinhaltet einen großen Hof mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und hochwertig ausgestattet, das Bad ist komplett neu saniert und. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und sogar noch ein Verbrauchsartikel wie Schwamm, Seife, Spülmittel. Die Lage ist gut auch wenn man mit dem Zug anreisst, zur Baja den silencing sind es ca. 10 Minuten, zum Bahnhof 2 und zum nächsten Strand ebenfalls ca. 2 Minuten. In der Nähe ist auch eine sehr gute Bäckerei und Pizzeria. Die Preis/Leistung der Unterkunft ist sehr gut

Dichtbij het treinstation, supermarkt, fantastische koffie om de hoek en strand op loopafstand.

Goede nette accommodatie voor een week vakantie. WIFI was echt wenselijk geweest. Super aardige host. De presentatie van de mooie studio zou echt beter kunnen.

Casa di grande charme e relax

Meravigliosa casa d’epoca tipicamente ligure , spaziosa e confortevole all’interno , dotata di tutte le forniture e confort, toilette finemente ristrutturata , l’ampio spazio esterno è davvero magnifico , anch’esso dotato di tutti i confort si presta al relax più totale .

Bellissima esperienza

L'appartamento è di piccole dimensioni con tutti i comfort del caso, il giardino è bello ma diventa difficilmente utilizzabile a causa di un elevato numero di zanzare. Bagno nuovo appena rifatto molto carino. La casa è in una posizione strategica, a 1 minuto dalla stazione (non si sentono i treni quindi è perfetto) a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Sestri Levante e al centro di tanti paesi da visitare. Consiglio vivamente il luogo e la signora Marzia per la sua gentilezza.

Splendido

Appartamento molto bello e funzionale con tutte le dotazioni utili. Poi un meraviglioso giardino privato dove rilassarsi. Posizione comoda vicino al mare e al centro di Sestri. Utile il posto auto. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Davvero uno splendido soggiorno.

Un piccolo gioiello nascosto

La casa è un gioiellino, ben studiata in tutti gli spazi che si rivelano molto funzionali. Vicina alla stazione, alla spiaggia e al supermercato.Il giardino poi è un angolo di tranquillità impagabile. Marzia è una padrona di casa molto cortese è disponibile.

Ampio monolocale, al piano terreno con un giardino ad uso privato. Gentilissimi i proprietari. Mettono a disposizione un lettino per bambini piccoli.

Ottima posizione, ambiente ben organizzato e spazioso.

Ho soggiornato il monolocale con la mia famiglia (due bimbi di 3 e 1 anno). La proprietaria ha messo a nostra disposizione due lettini da campeggio. Il monolocale è ampio e dispone di un giardino esterno molto spazioso. Gli ambienti sono ben illuminati, la cucina è molto attrezzata (fuochi, lavatrice, frigo alto con congelatore). Le finiture e gli arredi sono di buona qualità. Si trova in un'ottima posizione per diverse ragioni: vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria, vicino alla spiaggia (100 metri), il centro storico (inizio del carruggio) a 5 minuti a piedi. Importantissima la disponibilità del posto auto in un parcheggio chiuso soprattutto nel mese di agosto in quanto i parcheggi non a pagamento sono una rarità. Nelle immediate vicinanze è presente un supermercato, un fruttivendolo e diverse focaccerie e panifici. Ideale per coppie con bambini piccoli. Le spiagge vicine sono di sabbia e sassolini, sia attrezzate che libere.

Séjour très agréable

C'est notre deuxième séjour, nous y étions si bien il y a deux ans que nous y sommes retournés! La station balnéaire de Sestri Levante est charmante, nous avions plus de temps et nous nous sommes donc promenés tout autour dans la campagne ainsi que dans la toute proche région des Cinque Terre. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, la location propre, bien équipée et pas chère.

Petit studio en rez-de-chaussée avec jardin privatif très calme et agréable. Très propre avec tout le nécessaire. Bien situé près de la plage et du centre. Sestri levante est adorable. Le propriétaire est très gentil et le petit plus c'est le parking gratuit à proximité.

Great place!

I was shocked when I saw this apartament in person. It's million times better than on the photos. Beautiful building with wooden doors. Specious interior with large kitchen. Absolutely stunning garden with orange tree in the midle. Very close to the sea and old center. One tiny minus is the bathroom , very dark and little bathtub and single beds. Be prepered for the moskitos!!!

Fully equipped kitchen, washing mashine, central location and all it for a very good price! The owners are very nice people. This is the place where you want to go back. Molto pulito, lontano dal...

Molto pulito, lontano dal traffico anche se vicino alla strada principale, peccato per i doppi letti singoli (sarebbe stato molto meglio un matrimoniale), posto macchina molto utile. Complessivamente perfetto.
