Located in Chiavari’s pedestrian historic center, the "caruggio," this elegant and quiet 85 sqm apartment is fully equipped for your comfort. It accommodates up to 3 guests and features 2 bedrooms (one double, one single) and 2 bathrooms. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen open to the living area, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating in both the living room and bedrooms, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace. Self check-in is available for your convenience.



The apartment is on the second floor. Access is currently via wide, comfortable stairs; an elevator will be installed in the coming months.



The apartment offers easy access to public transport and beaches (400 m away). A tennis court is a 15-minute walk from the property. Golf course 15 km away.

Fancy Appartement in the Centre of Chiavari

We had a very nice 3 day stay in chiavari. the Apartment is not far from the station so we could easy walk with our luggage. Very nice is the location of the Apartment, you can reach a supermarket and everything you may Need in a few minutes. Monica was a nice Host with many advices and restaurant ideas.The Apartment also has very nice Interieur and was very clean.

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre presso C123, magnifico ed ampio appartamento in pieno centro a Chiavari. Comodo a tutti i servizi e dotato di ogni comfort. La cosa che piu ci ha stupiti, è la cura maniacale dell’arredo e di ogni piccolo dettaglio. Primo fra tutti la fantastica cucina, ancor più bella che in fotografia. Per poi non parlare della spaziosa camera matrimoniale con tanto di cabina armadio. In ultimo, non uno, ma ben due bagni dotati entrambi di doccia.C123 è una location unica, centrale ed ospitale in cui nulla è lasciato al caso. La prossima volta che saremo nei paraggi ci torneremo sicuramente, consigliatissima!Grazie!
